Refund policy

We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our products, that we're willing to offer a 14 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund. We understand that online shopping can be hard so if the sizing of our garment is the wrong size for you, we will happily except a full refund within the 14 day period or change your garment for the right size as long as the garment has not been worn.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first. Contact us at info@lostboyscollection.com

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the 'Lost Boys Collection'. We recommend using a tracking service for your item.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to have been used, then we may reject a refund.
